[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — issue of false credit card

Address:Paras Tierea sector 137, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 201305

I have an icici credit card which is ending 5001. I pay regular my bills.
I have linked this card with my mobile app and phone number.
I never applied another card still i have paid another card's payment which is ending by 2169.
I have found this duplicacy/fraud only on the statement.
As i have never deeply go through the statement. Whoever else go through the statement.
I always login my app see the bill and a bare look on present statement and pay the bill.
Today i found i am giving 600-800 inr every month for the second card which i never applied, i never activated, i never used.
Now i need that card to be blocked
And refund of all my money which is paid by me for that card.

And please find the loop hole in your system where anybody can issue any card by anybody's name.

I have booked one ticket on irctc then i cancelled that ticket. IRCTC has refunded the amount that money is not credited my bank account. They have provided me ARN No:- 74332749150914960570071 . I have contacted to bank and customer care but said they can't do anything. Could you please help me on this.
