I am having a savings bank account bearing no.[protected] with main branch of icicibank at bhubaneswar. I got the following sms in my phone:
"hi customer, your walletassist plan will be renewed for another year. Membership fees of rs 1899 will be charged on your icici bank account as applicable - team oneassist".
I don't like this type of process of auto renewal which is being done without taking the proper consents of the customers. Plz dont resort this type of processes.

    Hi,

    I have 2 FD’s with account number[protected] and[protected] and I wish to liquidate or withdraw both of them. I went to ICICI Branch of Ramavilas road mysore for withdrawing my FD in Nov 2018 with all the FD documents (including latest renewal doc) but they mentioned that the FD has been Liened but they could not give us any reason for the same and they said they cannot find any reason. It was a big shock for me as I did not had any pending loans or debts from ICICI. Branch representative and Manager said me that they cannot find any reason for liening but they said they can get approval from higher officers to remove Lien. Then, from Nov 2018 I am following up with them almost daily but they just say that they need just 2 more days for final approval, they are keep on saying the same to me till today and I am fed up of following up with them. Hence I am raising this complaint with RBI against the bank. Hopefully RBI will look into this issue and help me ASAP. I am poor farmer from a village called Ambalare and this FD amount is very important and urgently required for me for many personal reasons. Please give us our money back. I beg you.

      I am ravindra singh. 1170.17 rupees has been deducted from my account as dmc/[protected] dp chgs till dec-18 and may-19 combined. I have never opened a demat account with icici. Did not receive any concrete solution for refund even after dropping mail to [protected]@icicidirect.com and have been asked to go to nearest branch manually to close the account.

      I have sent the mail to [protected]@icicibank.com on Thursday(4th July 2019). I have not received any response yet.
      We have paid a payment for rs 1000 through UPI for new account opening minimum balance on 23/06/2019 the amount has be deducted from the account o[censored]PI but transaction has been failed and did not reflect on my new account pls kindly process the refund for the same.

        Today i received a message that 'to renew oneassist for this year, the amount of rs.1899 will be debited from my account'. I have already raised a complaint last year, but there is no action taken based on my complaint.

        I don't receive any call or email about renewing this plan.

          I have been charged for expression debit card which i don't remember of requesting. They have charged me rs. 588.18 including taxes.. The message they sent were unclear.. They didn't tell me they were going to withdraw rs.588.18 from my account. Expression debit card request cancelling options were unavailable..Â
          I don't need expression debit card as i already have basic debit card..

            Icici has frozen my a/c. It was a salary account but i was not getting any salary in that account from past 6 months since i changed the employer and got a new salary account opened in some other bank. But i was getting freelancing payments in that old salary account. Suddenly they blocked my account and refused to inform anything and said that we are investigating your account. Until then i can't withdraw any money. I just requested for the reason but they denied. Plz help

            Also, I have a loan through icici and the emi gets auto debited on every 5th.
            If my account is frozen then the emi will bounce. I visited the branch to make payment in advance but they said that it will still be auto debited and bounced. They asked me to get the account unfrozen which is not in my control. Nobody in icici is giving any information.

                I received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap.

                My one assist number is 7423893.

                I need my money back, if not i will take this serious.

                    I had processed a payment through a third party app which was processed. But after few hours, i realised my payment being failed. Having a check i realised that 472 has been deducted four times??? And also 400 clearing the balance of 2186... Why why why do you have to do this. That was all the money i had.. Am completely broke now. Icici all together has taken 3380... Wish your having good dreams eating money from a common man

                      I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 15 years,
                      Now they have charged 488.9 under this category dcardfee5315jun19-may20+gst
                      I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                      They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                      Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
                      Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

                      There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

                          On my mother's icici sb account, since april 2019 till june 2019, there have been multiple online transactions from google, and amounts debited, without any authorization. There have been a series of online transactions of mostly rs.420/-, rs.799/-, sometimes more than 5 transactions per day. This seems a serious security breach. How can the money be debited from the bank without any confirmation from the customer?
                          She has lost over rs. 33, 000/-. My parents visited the bank, but there was no help given to find out how the transactions happened without customer approval. The bank (Icici vignanagar, bangalore) only suggested we block the account and debit card. My parents withdrew the remaining amount from bank with about 1000/- left out in the account, but to their shock, there was another debit after that as well.
                          We have reported the issue to google help site as well, no response so far.
                          Please help, we are clueless how the money has gone and why there has been so much indifferent attitude from the bank to help us.

                            I have booked tickets on irctc on 28th, May, 2019 amount is debited from my account but tickets doesn't booked. Then i tried again to book ticket on the same day and tickets booked successfully. Amount is 1005.49.

                            On 1st of June amount refunded in my account is 1005.49 two times. I don't know whose mistake is that bank or irctc. On 29th June, 2019 the amount which was credited by mistake in my account is debited after my complain.

                            Then I cancel the ticket which i booked on 28th May, 2019, irctc has refunded the amount on 11th of June, 2019. The amount refunded by them is 815. But that money is not credited to my account. I confirmed with irctc they have send me the confirmation mail with ARN number too.

                            I got frustrated by calling icici customer care. They denied everytime. I forward the irctc confirmation mail to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com. I told the whole scenario to executive too. He asked me to forward the mail. I didn't got any update from bank.

                            Could you please check and let me know the status.

                                I'm personally visited to the puttaparthy branch (1306) for the purpose of to do 10lakhs fixed deposit and consult to the branch manager : mr sureshkumar (334475) he is not giving the proper information about the fd rates he doesn't have proper attitude and he is speaking bad words to the staff in front of me only.
                                I think he is not fit for this position in puttaparthy branch because it's a holy place (Sri sathya sai baba).

                                      Address: #33a 6th cross,subbanna garden,vijayanagar Bengaluru, Bangalore, Karnataka, 560040

                                      They have deducted rs 588.82 from my bank account[protected] without
                                      Informing me. I want my money back also why they charged so much without informing. Please revert back my money. I want justification on why the money was deducted from my account.

                                      Why was this not informed me. If you are planning to charge me this fees, ihave decided to shift my account to other bank where the fees is not charged.

                                        Address: TEZPUR ASSAM, Sonitpur, Assam, 784001

                                        As noticed the aadhar updation centre, i visited icici bank tezpur branch for mobile no and date of birth updation on date 13/06/2019 and deposited rs 50/- at cash counter as fees o[censored]pdation. My aadhar enrolment no eid 0636107090993220190613133227 dated 13/06/2019.
                                        After getting rejection message on mobile, i contacted with concerned staff who simply advised to enroll again and redeposit of rs 50/- in cash counter.
                                        Is it the procedure? Taking leave sparing 5 hrs there i didnot get any result. Even for taking aadhar updation form, i had to go to shop for taking xerox of that form.
