I am checking my bank statement and 2-3 times my ecsrtnchg charges is debited automatically. This practice is not good from bank side so please refund my charges or the way to get my refund for the amount charges from my bank account.
Being good customer bank have no rights to debit such kind of charges with noticing.
This is hardly earned money by people like me.

      Hi I am holding salary account i got detected Rs 29.50 for POSDEC Reduction.
      Can you please refund my amount it was detected more than 5 times for past 6 months or can you please give me the necessary reason for that. This is not fair you are not at all informing prior. There is no proper customer care also how can i contact you? i have complained via email no response from your side. Kindly take necessary steps for this immediately.

        This is K.Murugaraj from Madurai.I had provide my property and MOD Is also done on Tuesday(18.06.2019).But still now(21.06.2019)I didn't receive any amount from the ICICI HOME FINANCE Madurai branch.They are not providing any proper reply.
        They treated us like a slave.Scolding us.They are saying that we are not responsible for this issue.lot of complaints are their not able to mention in words.we are afraid.make something customer friendly etc.,

          I was using ICICI Pockets wallet till December last year. They blocked my wallet stating my KYC had expired. They are not allowing me to reregister and create my wallet for my number [protected]. I have downloaded and uninstalled the app ICICI POCKETS so many times. Every time it asks for SIM verification,
          Rs 1.50 is debited for SMS'es from my talktime. My registration has not been completed and I have lost over Rs 100 due to the SMS debits without the task getting completed. Pl help me in refunding Rs 100. ICICI Pockets is a fraud wallet and ask the bank details for any assistance they provide.

          No updates or any action has been taken against this useless app ICICI pockets. I have lost over Rs 100 from my talktime in registering to get access to the app which does not matter to them.

          The harassment continues. ICICI Pockets had sent me an email stating that the matter would be resolved on 24th June and I would be able to create and access a fresh wallet on 25th June. But even now, I'm not able to create and access a fresh wallet. I downloaded the app ICICI Pockets and sent SMS'es costing me Rs 1.50 per SMS for SIM verification as per the rules of ICICI Pockets. But I'm not able to proceed further and only losing money from my talktime for the SMS'es related to the SIM verification.

            My mother had taken an ICICI safety bond on MAR1911 for me(Dayal Kumar), SR NO: 2561 and Unique Identification no: G[protected], According to ICICI band after the maturity period they have sent the cheque on the address mentioned in the bond, but the same was not claimed NEFT in my account.
            I visited ICICI (Hinjewadi Phase -2 Branch), to get the procedure to withdraw the same.
            They asked to contact the customer care who manages the Bond section.
            I do contact them, they asked me to send the following documents.
            1) The original copy of the bond
            2) An affidavit stating that the NEFT has not been claimed in my account.
            3) The Bank Details as an address proof.
            4) Application signed and verified by the Branch Manager for my current address
            5) Aadhar and the Pan card with self-verified.

            and send these documents on the address below,

            I have posted the documents on 13th Aug 2018, Please help me on the same.

              I recharged my jio number through upi payments. The amount was deducted from my account, and was debited to [protected]@icici. But, my jio number was not recharged. I want the amount to be refunded or my jio number to be recahrged.

              Also, I can see a lot of complaints being done regarding the same issue. I don't understand why the method is so dumb enough to not resolve the issue over these many years.

                    मैंने अपना लोन experia app से foreclose कर payment कर दिया, मेरे SBI Acount से पैसा भी कट गया, मेरे UPI में confirm दिखा कर Reference No.[protected] दे रहा है। payment आपके [protected]@icici में debit हुआ और bajaj finserv को पेमेंट नही पहुँचा, और रिसीप्ट generate नही हो पाया, कृप्या मेरी मदत करें।

                      Recently icici bank send my icici credit card statement with some intat courier service in my life i have not listen such name of courier service its AWB 48520872 on 13th june 2019 on 20th june i got message and mail that its been delivered and received by KHAN when contacted icici they just said contact coureir service then i contacted them there they said wait they will check and said sir apki sign hai uspe apne receive kiya hai we dont know anything now ask icici ...i want to know u all people just need customer after that you dnt take care of anything my personal and banking details has been given to somebody else dnt know who...im complaiting about this to police because the coourier boy has signed my signature

                        When some one dropped a check on my name they have made a mistake with name. Now ICICI wants me to visit branch even after telling them that i am currently not there India thy are suggesting me to visit nearest branch. Since there is no negative balance either send the money back to source or deposit it in my account or let me know the clear procdure.

                          Your executive given wrong product details to me just to achieve his target he came to me and said he will apply for credit card basis on my hdfc credit card and will provide me a higher limit base on my statement ...My hdfc limit is 1lakh he promised me to give atleast a limit of 1.5lakh i said him how u can decide its bank internal policy but he said sir m hu na i will surely do it u just give your documents and signature on form and he will surely do all the things, , , later i got a card of limit just 50000 then when i contacted icici on this they told me its base on my eligibilty and when im contacting the person he is not responding is this a way you make customer and dont rply

                            On 15th June 2019, I have approached bank and applied for personal loan due to some emergency. I have brought them into notice that how urgent I might required a loan and they promised that they will get disburse amount by Monday which is 17th June. But when I tried reaching them on Monday they said it will be done max by Tuesday, and again when I called them on Tuesday they said again with 100 % grantee that I will get loan by Wednesday. When I called again on Wednesday than I got some fake call from some representative on Wednesday that he is calling for the loan department and explained me all the emi rate, processing fee with GST fee and insurance fee but when I said him that I don't need insurance for my loan than he lied me that it is compulsory, then after the call disconnection I have browsed about it and cam to know that insurance is not compulsory. So I have informed same to relationship manage Karishma and she than agreed that it is not compulsory. But the main thing I got to know that the person who called me earlier was not from loan department after getting the call from the concerned loan department on Thursday and he also said me that he got the approval request for 8lac but actually I had requested for 3 lac. Then I realized that there is something fraudulent happening at the backend. During all these days I suffered a mental torture and the reason for which I had requested a loan got worst. I was thinking to sue icici but before that I want to try posting everywhere I can so that they can understand how the customer feel when things doesn't happens on time. If we delay in paying emi or loan then they put heavy interest on us and daily torture customer to get personal loans by calling them or posting the false adds about instance loans.

                                I had applied for personal loan of 2 lakhs only due to some urgent need, , waited for 4-5 day however no response, , after calling the customer care again and again finally i got a call from my nearest branch and told me that she will come and pick up the document, , , waited for 2 days but still didnt came so went drop my documents.
                                Again i had called up customer care and complained, SRSR[protected], the following day i got acall that my documents are incomplete, , later i arrange all documents and handover the document, , again had called up me and told that bank statement xerox copies are not clear and asked some other documents which i had never given to any of the bank for any loans, , after waiting for for than 2 weeks they had rejected my loan, , this is because none of the icici team have proper communication.they are not organised properly, some will ask something and othere will ask something, , , when i took a personal loan of 10 lanks only one person came took my documents and within 2-3 days the loan was sanctioned.here after verification i was told by one manager that the money will be transfered to my slary account and just after sometime a message came that the laon is rejected and to contact a executive who never respond and pick up the call..its horrible and should never go with ICICi, , please go with hdfc if private and if public bank than BOB or SBI

                                  My ICICI credit card account is being charged incorrect late fees and interest on late fees inspite of numerous follow ups and all details provided to ICICI customer support.
                                  Cheque payment done on time and issue was internal ICICI bank issue as they processed cheque to an incorrect customer account.
                                  The payment cleared from my bank details was also provided to ICICI team however I continue to see the incorrect charges to my statement for past 2 months with additional interest on late fees. COmpletely unacceptable process from ICICI

                                    Complaint against ICICI Bank

                                    I refer to the remittance of dollars to USA made through ICICI Bank, Bidhannagar Branch, Kolkata ( Base Br. 6950) on 20th May 2019, I observed conversion rate of dollar is changed after committed to me during ultimate transaction. To be more precise, while I signed the paper, I was communicated the exchange rate as $ 1 = Rs 70.70 and I allowed the ICICI bank to debit my account accordingly.
                                    Later, I found that it was debited at exchange rate at ₹ 71.03 instead of ₹ 70.70 (i.e. 0.33 p more for a dollar). When I asked the reason of such arbitrary application of exchange rate of dollar, their Bidhannagar Branch passed the buck to Mumbai Branch, who are the final authority for such transaction, although it was not revealed to me earlier.
                                    I told Bidhannagar Branch that such unilateral decision by Mumbai is uncalled for as I didn’t give liberty to debit any extra amount without intimating me. It’s absolutely unethical, as well.
                                    I didn’t receive any satisfactory feedback from Bidhannagar Branch during last two week despite my repeated request.
                                    Although Bidhannagar converse with Mumbai and came to know that it was the rate Mumbai did find when they processed. My feelings is, this case should not be processed then as Mumbai can’t alter the deal finalised at Kolkata without any intimation. Moreover, this transaction couldn’t have happened in case I didn’t allow freedom to debit my account.

                                    This additional amount need be reversed by ICICI.

                                    A fortnight has passed but didn’t get any response from ICICI Bank authorities, which shows their way of working as lackadaisical as a Nationalised Bank. If I’m not wrong, I presume that the authorities don’t want to resolve the issue and intend the case to be fizzled out in due course.
                                    I would say this is absolutely unprofessional and the Bank should address my grievance. It’s of no use to keep such case pending.
                                    Although it is recorded on July 21, 1979 as ‘Complaint marked as Resolved’, in reality nothing is happened. It’s a disparaging statement.
                                    The additional amount debited from my account due to ICICI internal transaction as pointed out in complaint was not mitigated.
                                    I request the ICICI authorities to resolve in true term at the earliest.

                                      Dear Team(this is the complaint mail i sent in Bank),

                                      My name is Kunal Kumar. Today(13th June) morning my Debit card([protected]) was lost somewhere i was calling customer care to inform the same but I started getting message of Transactions. I immediately called Customer care and Blocked my Debit and Credit Card.

                                      After blocking my card and freezing my Account what CC executive told me two more transaction were made. I dont know how. Even i visited branch they were also surprised how this be done. Ankit from Meerut Icici Bank Taken hard copy of the Documents and helped me to Take remaining all money from my A/C just in case no other fraud happen.

                                      I have been two complaints no for my two transaction before card block and two transaction after card block. If you will closely observe my A/C statement i have never used any such services. you will find person kept on doing transactions.

                                      I got only two messages of transaction whose copy i have given with customer dispute form in bank and same i attaching with mail.

                                      I requested bank Dispute team and asked to take action immediately.

                                      With the telephonic conversation i had with you on Saturday 15th June. I am attaching FIR Copy of the same with the receiving from Nauchandi Police Station. My Complaint had been registered on 15th-June in SSP Office Meerut.

                                      I have attached the copy of Receiving from Nauchandi Police Station Meerut along with this mail Same hard original copy i have deposited in Branch Office Garh Road, Meerut to MR.ARPIT and same has been uploaded in System.

                                      The Fir No OBR-3/939 CYBER CELL CRIME BRANCH MEERUT. The Registered Fir copy could be received from SSP Office Meerut from ROOM NO-2 and In crime branch Office on First Floor.

                                      I had informed the bank for lost of my Debit card on the same day i lost my card on 13th June and after blocking also amount kept on deducting. I have not received any mail for the transaction, I had received only two messages for Deduction of Amount -24999 and 10000.
                                      Rest i did not received any sms/Mail/OTP/4 Digit Code on my registered no.

                                      Pls take care of your bank security system .

                                      Icici bank is an fraud bank.

                                      Despite blocking card informing bank on time doing FIR that my debit card had been misplaced. They are now saying this is customer responsibility to keep debit card safe.

                                      Bank cannot do any thing in ur fraud case because this is an UPI transfer.

                                      Anyone ask bank when customer calling and saying he has not done these transactions and informing about card loss. Even after blocking card amount kept on deducting. Who is responsible if amount is getting deducted even after card block...

                                      Customer care saying ask your police station for money.

                                      what i am suppose to do...

                                        I made a payment by phonepe for recharging my JIO no. on MY Jio app on date 18/06/2019 at 08:40 am. But money get deducted from my bank account while the recharge is not done.
                                        Sir/Mam please refund my money as soon as possible because this deduction can put me into great troubles.
