[Resolved] ICICI Bank — issue regarding being charged for the new debit card received | |||
My grid card values were blocked 24-mar-2019. Therefore, i called customer care on 25-mar-2019 to fix the issue. To my surprise, customer care executive told me that a request to block the card was submitted on 2-mar-2019. I questioned, why i didn't receive any sms? Nor an email regarding this. Actually she was misguiding me just to convince me to take new card. Then i asked her would i be charged with new card? She said obsoletely no charges will be done. But later i realized that she didn't raise a complaint and instead she raised a service request (Sr[protected] on behalf of me to issue new card. Now i realize that i was charged rs.588 for the new card. I didn't asked for new card. I asked to unblock my card. But customer care executive has done this nonsense just for her personal benefit kpi targets /goals during the fy end. Why do you people cheat and loot money from your customers? I want my money back as it was not my fault and i never asked to issue a new card. All false promises from customer care lead to the charges applied for issuing new card. I tried wring a compliant via the portal but it says"thanks for comments and will get back to you in 48hrs". Its been more than 5 working days and till now, i never received an acknowledgement either. If i try to call customer care, it says my debit card details are wrong. Finally i dropped an email to customer care. I am really confused what is happening with my account and cards? I am completely dissatisfied and frustrated due to the poor service provided by your bank. Was this information helpful? | |||
