[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Issue related to non-maintenance of minimum balance | |||||
I have an icici bank account no.[protected]. I was not maintaining minimum balance of rs 10000. Previously they used to charge penalty on quarterly basis. I transferred rs 11000 on 30th may 2017 post which i found that deducted the penalty of not maintaining the minimum balance on a monthly basis. They did not send any intimation on change in the way the penalty would be charged.in addition, they are charging me sms intimation charges of rs 17.25 every month. But i did not receive any sms for the charges which were deducted from my account. Was this information helpful? | |||||
