ICICI Bank — Issue with amount deduction of rs. 706.82

I am the a/c holder of icici bank. Now they have charged rs. 706.82 under this category dcardfee0259aug22-jul23+gst on 26 august 2022 I am not aware what type of charges are these. They says there is no charges o[censored]sage of card and now they deducted my money. Irony is they don't even notify this deduction. Kindly refund my money back to my account.
