[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Issues Regarding Clearance of Cheque

I dropped my salary cheque at your branch on 10th July2014, but it didn't get cleared even today (15th July 2014), I contact your officials at icici bank, Guwahati, They told me that there was a problem with a/c payee name i.e Romit Ranjan Srivastava instead of RR Srivastava on deposit slip but they don't call me and courier the cheque at my home address, my contact number was mention there.
