ICICI Bank — Issues regarding Prepaid Gift Cards

I received 5 gift cards worth 10, 000 each, a total amount of 50, 000. Due to the lockdown, I couldn't be able to get access to my gift cards, now when I claimed my gift cards for purchase, out of the 5 cards received only one card was working remaining 4 cards are not working, remaining 4 cards are not working, and was showing "error from auth processinvalid card status" this error message while logging in in the self-care portal, Please help me with this. My father who is a retired employee received 2 gift cards worth 10, 000 and 2, 000, a total amount of 12, 000.
Due to the lockdown, we couldn't be able to get access to the gift cards, now when I claimed my gift cards for purchase, both the cards are not working, while checking it was showing "error from auth processinvalid card status" this error message while logging in in the self-care portal,
Please help me with my issue.
