[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Iwish account interest calculation | |||||
I opened an IWish Recurring deposit with ICICI bank at committed interest rate of 8%. I closed the account before maturity date and amount refunded back to my account after deduction of panel interest. I understand that I have been paid interest of 5% over deposited account, and additional deduction is also done. I am chasing ICICI bank from past 15 days but having no information regarding my interest calculation. Entire communication can be provided physically if required, as I have kept copy of same with me. Every time I spoke with customer care, I was kept on hold or received no proper reply. Thanks ICICI bank I received mail and have also replied back as the calculations were dont incorrect also there was no formula in the calculation shared.

Still awaiting for reply from the concerned of bank, I also sent them mail, but no reply shows their ignorance to customers complaint.
