[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Janmitra Card Issues | |
I made a top up of 100 in my Janmitra ICICI Bank card through ICICI bank customer portal website www.icicibank.com, amount got deducted from my bank but not credited in my Janmitra Card. I made a complaint on ICICI bank IVRs and they said me to wait for 15 long working days to get this resolved, is this the way they are treating customers, it really takes 15 working days excluding saturday sunday to give my refund back. TRANSACTION DATE - 26th Sep 2020, TRANSACTION TIME - 07:45 AM, REFERENCE NO[protected]. Bank name - Kotak Mahindra Bank, City - Ahmedabad. Then I went to BRTS station same day and made 100 rs top up again with cash. So you don't mistaken it that 100 rs recharge made online at 7:45 got credited lately, online 100 recharge did not credit in my card so made cash payment recharge at BRTS, give my 100 back to me.
