[Resolved] ICICI Bank — jio number recharge not done but money deducted from account

Hi, i have done recharge of 399₹ for jio payment my money was debited from account but i didn't got recharge. I have already talked with bank they said it's debited and jio team is saying payment was not received.
While recharging through upi i got a request from [protected]@icici for 399₹ and same is paid ref. Attached image.

Upi ref no.[protected]
Date and time : 16 feb 2018 12:21 pm.

Please take necessary actions and refund my money...

I have recharged my jio no. By upi in jio app through [protected]@icici the amount 349/- was deducted but recharge is not done yet.. please refund my money or recharge my jio no.

I Made payment for Jio number [protected] of rupees 51 booster pack.The amount was deducted from my bank account but the recharge was unsuccessful.
Dated 16 February 2018 at 10 :13 pm
The transaction reference number is[protected]
Kindly refund the debited amount.
