[Resolved] ICICI Bank — jio recharge to [protected]@icici failed via bhim app and amount debited | |
I recharged my Jio sim for Rs. 299/- (Rs. 349 recharge - Rs. 50 discount voucher) on 26th September, 2018 at around 21:39. I chose the UPI method for payment and it asked for Rs. 299/- to be approved to pay [protected]@icici. I approved the transaction and the amount was debited from my account. The UPI ref no for that transaction is[protected]. But, the recharge was not done even after 12 hrs. So please look into it and kindly initiate a refund for that amount.
