[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Kept on a call for 1 hour without providing any information | |||||
One simple question asked "i cant see any debits in my account for amc charges for the demat since last 10 years, all of sudden a lean is marked on my account for the amc charges. Please confirm on which date the amount debited from which bank account." And the call is jumping from bank and demat and 5 customer care executive changed, and every one asks what is your concern and transfer the call to other department.
