ICICI Bank — KYC

My issue:
KYC not getting completed even after getting it started for 6 days.
No response from even heads of the sales department.
No concrete resolution to the issue i am facing, just false claims.
Raising the ticket after the completion of the 6th day of this issue. I hope the Forum takes the issue with priority.

TimeLine of Events:
22-APR-2020
Due to a transition in a company we were required to open the salary account, I chose ICICI (since we were offered a choice between ICICI and HDFC). We were asked to open the account in a single day.
The bank took our aadhaar and PAN details, opened the account.

11- JUL-2020
I was asked to do a "Video KYC" (not via mail, the communication was via whatsapp)
Since i was not comfortable with the idea of Video KYC I asked the representative for other alternatives and i was offered by the representative to go the nearest ICICI bank to get the KYC done
when i asked why this was required they said that if i dont get this done they will close my salary account

13-JUL-2020
I visited 3 branches in my location and i got the response ."We are short-staffed and we do not have the KYC machine"
If the branches are not equipped why was i asked to go to the nearest branch
Although reluctant i finally decided to get the KYC done via Video.
There too they were unable to access some details they clearly confirmed that it was an issue on their end and they had to resolve it.

15-JUL-2020
After waiting for 2 days, when i received no response i raised a concern to the regional head sales with all the concerns, i received no response from her in 2 days(until 17-JUL-2020).
Meanwhile i contacted another representative and asked her about this her response were somewhere along the lines of
"there is no option but to go to nearest branch and get it done", this statement came after i have already informed her that i have visited 3 branches near my location and none of the branches did the KYC.
So i asked them to look for a branch for me where i can get KYC done (since i had already visited 3 branches)

16-JUL
raised another reminder to the head of sales and asked her to respond. the mail was conveniently ignored.

17 JUL
put out a mail to Regional Head - Sales again saying that this time i will be involving the consumer forum into this. while doing all this again attempted for "Video KYC " and have been waiting for 1:30 hrs with no representative to get it done.
and on the other hand if i dont get this done they say they will close the account
