[Resolved] ICICI Bank — kyc updation for multi wallet card | |||
I am not able to update the kyc details for my multi wallet card, tried to connect with the customer care for about 6 times but each time its not attended. When i tried to login through the self help portal, its saying "invalid card status" If i am trying with the net banking or icici pocket, no were i am getting option to see my multi wallet card status or updation of kyc option. At least let me know, if i am updating my kyc through pocket, it will reflect same for my multi wallet card Please help on this on immediate basis Was this information helpful? | |||
