Sub:- request for cancellation of the credit card & close the outstanding amount without payment – reg.

With reference to the above i was applied through s r nagar branch, hyderabad for life time free credit card purpose in feb’ 2017 but those were issued coral card (Credit card) immediately i was informed and sent a mail to the concerned persons but till today i have been receiving sms for due of payment.

Actually i did not use my credit card till today even i did not receive the pin number also. Hence i am requesting you to please cancel the above issued credit credit (Coral) and also close the my outstanding amount for rs.6, 165/- (Rupees six thousand one hundred and sixty five only)

Your co-ordination in this regard is highly appreciable.

    This is regarding icici bank mab charges approx. Rs 12, 100. These are charged from 2015 to till 2018 due to non-maintenance of minimum balance.

    I have already raised complaint online v/a complaint # 000b8ad71rx8s1pc:level1complaint / savings account, however they are not reversing my full amount only rs 2k has been reversed

    Reason for non maintenance of minimum balance

    I opened this account with my current bank account as without minimum balance condition. At the time of opening this saving account, icici sales guy told me there won’t be any charges for minimum balance as it was opened with current account. Trusting on icici sales guy, i signed the saving application form along with current account form without noticing that this will be fraud deal with us later on.

    Keeping in my mind my saving account is zero balance, i did not use this account as i just opened this account with my current account and i had no more use for this saving account, when i tried to use this account last year 2017 and deposited money, all money charged as mab charges and now bank is saying i have not maintained my balance and cannot reverse the charges.

    Where is my fault if i trust on icici sales guy, i went for only current account and ended up with saving account also trusting on icici bank, i signed the saving bank form application.

    Now bank is playing and saying they have my signed document, how they can do this with their client who is having current account and running smoothly without any problem.

    I would not have any problem if i was aware of this fact that there will be mab charges and would have maintained the balance, how i can maintain the balance when i am not aware of this fact. I aksed icici bank branch manager, i am ready to maintain balance in future if they promise to return my mab charges and won't deduct any previous charges, but they are not listening and saying we cannot do anything.

    Can you please help me to get my mab charges, i am very frustrated how the bank can do this thing with their loyal customer.

      Dear sir,
      My complaint is regarding refund status of one failed transaction on 27th march, 2018 through net banking facility.
      The transaction failed but amount was debited from my account.
      I had raised a query with the merchant and received a reply from them that said transaction had failed and no amount has been received by them.
      Merchant name is - nsdl [nps].
      Regarding this i have been trying to reach out to your customer care on daily basis but no help provided and no mechanism to log any complaint or grievance.
      Since the amount is big for me, half of my monthly salary, is a big concern for me.
      Request you to provide some help to me regarding this.

        I have a demat account in icici bank for 3 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there are two debit transactions in[protected] dp chgs till jan-18' — inr 826.00 and in[protected] dp chgs till jan-17' — inr 805.00. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is +[protected].

        My icici credit card has been dispatched to an incorrect address twice. Please update my address and deliver to correct address.

        I have contacted the ICICI Home branch, credit card customer care, and the bank official who took my application. Still the card is being delivered to the wrong address twice.

            Hi,

            I am not having a demat account in icici bank and suddenly 826 rupees has been deducted from my account mentioning about dp charges.

            Account details and other details are already mailed and informed icici bank.

            Kindly act on this fraud.. Already mailed them the issue but still no one respond properly.

            Hard earned money should not be taken without any subscription or activation of plan

              Hi My Name is Jakir Hussain Shaik.I am having Home Loan in ICICI Bank and Loan account No : LBGTR[protected]. Now i decided to sale my property which is not registered only completed agreement between me and Builder and tried to transfer the loan to another customer name internally in ICICI Bank only. Now one of your employee MR.Raju(raju.[protected]@icicibank.com) informed me they will close the loan once registration will complete ...Can you simply tell me how i will allow customer to register my property without clear all due..in that case if customer not ready to transfer my loan on his name, will ICICI Bank will give Guarantee..? Property not registered in my name and only Agreement completed between me and Builder than how icici bank transferred all amount of loan to to Builder name..is policies of ICICI Ban will change customer to customer...? Next month 6th I need to pay EMI of home Loan till that time if my home loan will not clear than ICICI Bank will be the responsible for my Payments..And going forward i am not at all pay single penny...I am really frustrated o[censored]ntrained employees of ICICI Bank who don't the process but they are doing job and taking salaries..Thanks i will never suggest all my friends and colleagues to take loans in ICICI Bank and i am going to post in all social platforms about my concerns...

                    Hi,
                    From my account, on date[protected] there was an deduction of inr 15.63 without any reason. It was described in the statement as atmdec chg/05-12-17/1103+gst. From internet i found that this charge was due to atm's not having enough cash. But there's no previous notification regarding this. That's the problem with the atm right not mine.
                    Please do resolve it or i want a proper justification about this deduction.

                      Hi, i submitted online request for a icici gift card and the money was also deducted from my account on 28th feb 2018 but that request was automatically cancelled and no reason was supplied for the same. It's been more than a month and the money deducted hasn't been received back in my account. There customer care is pathetic. Can i get any number to escalate the issue?

                          I am trying to do kyc and updating address, but the limit of each document to upload is 100kb, is this a joke. An empty pdf file is more than 100kb, i can compress it to do that we need to use online tools or buy a tool. I cannot buy for this purpose and online tool is not secure. You need to improve the process/website on your end. I saw lot of complaints in online and i am going to add one more as well, and i hear bad reviews from my friends as well, you need stream line the process. You can make simple changes like able to upload multiple documents at once and you can compress on your end using enterprise tools, this will not be more than 1-2 days of work for any programmer, instead you want everything from the customer. I just called in to complain and wow no manager available and all your systems are down to check status. Come on guys, you claim yourself as top private bank in india, shame on you.

                            I m a privilege custoner of icici for past 12 yrs. I m on a short trip to us now snd had to make a important abd urgent transaction on my credit card which apparantly isvprompting me for otp. My registeted mobile number is an indian number and doesnt have international roaming.
                            I have spent excrutiating amount of time on international call with icici customer care and this is what i finally understand:
                            If you are trying to make a transaction using icici credit card and donot have access to registered mobile for otp - you are doomed.
                            1. Customer care says they cant direct otp to my registered email instead of registered mobile
                            2. Custoner care cannot register my international number for otp
                            3. For credit cards, they cannot give otp by performing verification, they can do for debit cards only!
                            Dear icici bank, you are not helping your to long time and loyal customers in distress, to access their own accounts and funds. Extremely disappointed. I raised a complaint :

                              I have applied for icici credit card. Baner (Pune). I have my salary account in this branch.
                              I have given all necessary documents to executive officer. But no response from icici, i only got a mail from there side that my application is underprocess i will take 15days time.
                              Now again on[protected] i got call from bank that they are doing re-login my file because there was some issue.
                              I don't know if i have given my all necessary documents even my all criteria is matching.
                              Then why such things happening.

                              They are just completing their march year ending login targets via done re-login for same case.

                                I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 2 years
                                Now they have charged 588.82 under this category dcardfee5145mar18-feb19+gst
                                I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                                They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                                Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
                                Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

                                There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c. Same happend last year.

                                  I m having saving account holder of icici bank kalyan w, i have opened the account only for few days for purchasing the icici pru policy (Policy no[protected]. During account opening ms aishwarya nair has provide me the incomplete information due to which amt 582 is deducted from my account.
                                  When i visited to branch on 27/3/18 their was no any solution given to me by branch even branch manager ignore me to meet.
                                  I have clearly informed to branch that i don't want to open the new account but they told me you will not get the policy without having saving account in icici bank. And they conveyance me to open the account and they charged amt 582 with out giving me the complete inforomation.
                                  Because of this miscommunication i have closed my account on 27/3/18 &

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    Two times, transaction was done by my Credit Card. on 25/02/2018 & 25/03/2018. o[censored]SD 2.95 each. This was done without, my Notice/approval.

                                    I have given a complaint, no of the same is given above. I have spoken with your customer service and also spoken with customer care of dispute/complaint.

                                    They have taken the complaint and told me the same to you also.

                                    Please, look in this matter. ASAP & refund the amount to me.

                                      I was called by your representative ms geeta mobile no [protected] and [protected] and informed me that i have been pre sanctioned credit limit of rs 2.00 lacs.

                                      I informed her that, i can accept the card, if i get the credit limit of rs 2.00 lacs.

                                      She informed me that, icici bank will call you and discuss the credit limit and if the same is acceptable, the card will be issued.

                                      But to my surprise, i got the email / sms stating the card has been dispatched.

                                      When contacted ms geeta, she was not available and some other lady accepted the call, but could not give any clarification

                                      Thus, i request you to take action on such fraudulent calls and take action on the same.

                                        Opening of online saving account not completed for application id is 86193231 and i transferred rs. 10000 for online account opening.

                                        So i opened icici bank account manually at koperkhairane branch and its account details are as given below.

                                        Customer id[protected]
                                        Account number[protected]

                                        Icici bank person at koperkhairane branch told me that they will transfer money paid online to above bank account.

                                        But money is not yet transferred to my account also they haven't initiated any refund for failed online saving account application.

                                        Kindly resolve this issue. Either refund my money or transfer it to my bank account.
