    I am mrs. Sujata bemalkhedkar wife of the bond holder. Mr. Ramkrishna bemalkhedkar purchased 3 tax savings bonds, vide his application dated 08/02/2005. He was allotted the same on 02.04.2005 with distinguishing no.768396 to 768398. Bondholder no.[protected] and certificate no. Is 159690. He expired on 26/08/2017. He has nominated me i. E. Sujata ramkrishna bemalkhedkar. Please guide me in the matter.

      I had sent you a mail on 15 march 2018 regarding loan no. Ladel[protected]. Your official, mr. Mukesh called my lawyer, mr. S. D. Singh, on 21 march 2018. As to hide the fraud of icici bank, he was not talking correctly to my lawyer preventing the truth to come out. To prevent the disclosure of the truth, he also sent me a mail on 23 march 2018 in which he denies the facts and proves by the bank councilor and proving him as irresponsible. He also denied receiving one pdc whereas in the receiving it is stated by mr. Kartikey kumar that 3 pdcs are received by the bank.

      Your official never asked for any document from my lawyer. This incident by your official, mr. Mukesh explains that your bank is a fraud or this matter is not disclosed to you!

      We refer to your complaint addressed to icici bank regarding your loan account ladelxxxxxxx5314.

      We understand that our official, mr. Mukesh has contacted you and tried to address your concern, however, you were not co-operating.

      We understand that you have informed our official, mr. Mukesh that you have settled the loan through lok adalat for rs. 13, 6, 200.00 in 4 installments of rs. 34, 050.00 each in 2008 and had given 1st payment in cash and issued 3 post dated cheques at the same time and you are having receiving the copy of 3 pdc. We would like to inform you that 2 post dated cheques are cleared as per our loan statement and 1 post dated cheque has not mentioned anywhere on loan statement.

      Further, we understand that you have informed you have all documents related to the settlement, however, refused to provide documents.

        On 15 february, i had about 30, 000 inr in 2 transactions debited from my account. I immediately called the bank and notified them. Also, spoke to their fraud department who logged in a service request sr[protected]. I was asked to fill in a bank dispute form which was filled and sent with proofs to '[protected]@icicibank.com' (Email id provided by the bank). I have followed up thrice but i have not received any response after the initial phone call. Hope to get this resolved at the earliest.

                showing 2 credit card but applied for one only.

                But in my account it's showing 2 credit card both are coral mastercard but i applied for one only.

                One more thing, your agent told me that there is no charge on the coral credit card if your income is more than 5.5 lakhs. But it's asking for 590 rs to pay.

                I am the account holder of icici bank from last 20 days. They debited 177 rupees as dcardfee, i have no any information or idea regarding this. On the time of opening the account they don't give any information about this charges. What the hell icici bank are doing now a days, very disappointed by the service and bheviour of icici bank. It is my fault to opening the account in this bank, i thik i have to close the account and open someone else.

                  My sincere submission is that i am sk samiur rahaman a/c no. [protected] customer of state bank of india, picchaboni branch.

                  On dated 04.01.18 at about 0830 hrs. I send money rs. 3800/- to my brother a/c no.[protected] of icici bank, barasat branch. But unfortunately my mistake type wrong account no. Last one digit a/c no[protected] same barasat branch/ifsc code-icic0000824, ref no. Sbin[protected]
                  Then, i contacted the icici bank very soon and submit application and block the amount rs. 3800/-. Then i cantact the sbi bank manager and submitting my application, i heard the whole matter, and requested solved my probl. But sbi bank manager and icici bank manager not intrested this problem, and has not been solved until now.

                  So sir i am finally forced to write a letter. Thats what i will get my money

                      I never opted for it, i never signed on such policy or papers.
                      What is going on, is this some kind of scam? You activate plans without the permission of customers.

                        Icici is biggest fraudster.in january 2018 i opted personal loan on credit card. On 31st jan 2018 evening @5pm they approved loan.

                        They released payment on 1st feb 2018

                        And how their fradulant practice comes in the picture... My credit card cycle ends on 2nd of every month. On 3rd feburary when i received they charged me interest of whole january month as well asked repayment 1st installment of principle amount.

                        Than called up customer care no solution found than from 13th feb 2018 till date have given at least 7 email reminder to customer care and 3 emails to headcreditcard but till date there is no correction made...

                        Every time sending typical reply we will resolve complaint in 48 hours or 7 days...

                        Avoid dealing with such fraudster... And now if complaint is not resolved have no choice but to file legal complaintm

Will tired and left to fight and your fraudulent practise remain continue but i am not person who will tolerate your cheating

                          Hi team, i have purchased the car datsun redi go t (O) 1.0 from etco motors pvt. Ltd sion panvel highway, juinagar navi - mumbai 400706. While purchase was made the policy was issued by the dealer etco nissan. I recently met a minor accident while i was travelling to shridi - shanishignapur. Car details model datsun redi-go t (O) 1.0 chasis no. Mdhfbacdoh7801885 engine no. E071011 hypothecation state bank o india registraition no. Mh43 bk1185 color ruby red policy details icici lombard insurance policy number 3001/hi[protected]/00/000 broker name marsh india inusrance brokers private broker telephone no[protected] the vehicle has been given to etco service station at turbhe on 05/03. The surveyor from the bank named as prahsant kirte ([protected]), claim no. Mot07390970 has surveyed the vechile the vehicle is surrounded with accidental scratches front panel, dent on back, both the sides of the car & also bend underneath the front panel. The car was near the traffic signal where another car from behind dashed it due to which it rubbed against the divider wall & also touched another vechicle (Matador) on the other side due to which got multiple scratches. The surveyor mr. Prashant kirte stated that he is only passing the claim for dent on the back & rest he stated that it would not be covered as it doesn't looks to him that it is the part of the accident. I would request to take this matter seriously & cross verify the same with another surveyor. This insurance which is taken is zero-debt insurance. I need to get my vehicle repaired asap. The promises which are done during the time of sales needs to be met for the customer. This kind of behavior is not acceptable with a bank like icici.                             Who the hell will inform the customer that sal acc is being converted to savings acc and need to maintain balance of 10k.

                            I think icici is now dependent on smab charges.

                            There are lot of complaints i have seen regarding smab charges in most of the complaint forums. All of them was not informed.

                            I wish most of the people see this post and update there min balance in their account and avoid smab charges.

                            Its your duty to inform all the customers by providing multiple reminders or even call and msgs.

                            Icici is stealing money from customers account.:d

                              Hi,
                              Someone took the whole money from my account using the duplicate atm card. I immediately complained in the bank as well as police station regarding the same issue. I didn't shared any of my card details with anyone at anytime. When i approach bank to refund the lost money, bank is giving an irresponsible response like it may take nearly one month or more and they are not assuring the refunding also from their end. Since that was the only money i had in my bank account, now am running out of the money and facing irritating situation. When i communicated this to the bank, the officials responded in a very rude manner, and they are pointing that this is my personal issue and they don't want to interfere in the same.

                              So i would like to complaint against icici bank for the rude behavior as well as for not taking any action for the money i lost.

                                Date of incident : 5th april 2017

                                I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                                  Amount deducted without any intimation or otp,.
                                  These transactions were neither done by me nor authorized by me.
                                  I contacted google india merchant and i dont see any trace of billing.

                                  I received the message like "a transaction of ir 883.94 on 22-march-18 on card xxxxxxxx is made at google india. This transaction has been processed without the additional factor of authentication prescribed by rbi"

                                  Please ensure that for all my transaction i want to receive otp on my mobile.
