Dear ICICI team,
My account details are correct what i have send in my trial mail,
I have seeded my ICICI Bank account details on the EPFO website on 19th june 2022 and its still pending for verification from Bank's end.
I have already written an email to ICICI customer service and haven't got a proper response regarding the same.
I tried to visit the branch but no one at the branch seems to have any idea about who approves the Account details for EPFO or how its approved. Someone at the branch even argued that EPFO KYC approvals will only be done by employers not bank. But after educating him about the process he asked me to call customer service who basically has no clue about the same and asked me to contact the branch.
Due to this I am unable to raise claim on the EPFO website for my emergency.
I thoroughly regret to see such a lethargic response from a well reputed bank like ICICI. I am now in complete dilemma if I should continue with ICICI or refer ICICI to anyone else in the future.
