[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — kyc verification pending for nps account

I am Amit Kaushik and have applied for online NPS account. I paid my 1st contribution using the net banking services of ICICI bank. I had selected ICICI bank as one of bank for KYC verification since i have salary account in this bank for many years. However, my NPS account is frozen with status as "frozen - PRAN frozen as KYC verification is pending/rejected by bank or employee confirmation pending by corporate", because it is waiting for approval or rejection from bank head office. In case rejected from bank then only I have to go ahead with manual procedure. Kindly help me in getting my NPS account unfreeze.

Deductions from account without any notification my statement shows ECSRTNCHG 19-NOV-19+gst not only once it continues when my account balance is above zero

From my bank account amount of 412 & 218 debited without any information. The transaction name is NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~PRUMF.please kindly resolve the issue.I didn't get any SMS or mail regarding this transaction.I have Prudential Mutaual fund but how they charge against it.what type of charge it is?
