My previous credit card has been blocked but since i received a message for the statement of previous credit card. My new credit card has been generated but the pin for the new credit card is not yet generated. I want to know why i am getting the statement for previous credit card number after it has been blocked. Please provide clarification for the same.

    Fastag not accepted at kadthal toll plaza, rangareddy dist... Although i have fastag working, they asked me to join the cash que. And only single queue is working... For fastag and cash toll. What is the purpose of taking fastag.. If no seperate line maintained. Please take action on kadthal toll plaza as they are not maintaining proper fastag line or following rules.

      fraudulent transaction via vin/innovative

      Address: 307, Mukta Apartments, Senpati Bapat Road., 411016

      Date[protected] fraudulent transaction happened on my icici debit card for the amount of rs.5, 530 in single transaction.

      Please note that i didn't lose my debit card or give my card details or internet banking information or 3d secure pin to anyone and debit card was with me when all said transaction took place. This had happened once before as well through vin/innovative but i assumed that it was a transaction i made and...

      This is such a pain. Everytime i need to do an online transaction, i need otp and even though i have the correct german number registered the otps reach me sometimes and many don't. And when travelling, i have to make expensive calls to the customer service line to get the otp on the phone. Worst is when i am travelling internationally, i have to call them from my registered mobile number to get the otp. The roaming charges i pay sometimes half as much as the transaction i am trying to make.

      Icici customer care's response when i call them is "there is no issue at our end sir"...

      If a customer is not able to get the promised service there is an issue at your end silly!!!

            My sb account number is[protected] and i have purchased icici fastag through online for my car ap31ce9415 through icici website and the fastag account no. 22132846 and icici fastag account no. 11694320has been activated on 29/11/2019. My account was debited with rs 499.12 towards the charges and recharge amount, refundable advance. Till date i have not received by fastag and customer is not responding even after repeated request.

              Icici deduct 642 rupees from my new icici salary account, i have talked with phone banking officer for this deduction after three hours conversation over phone, he told me it id demat lien is showing visit nearest branch and close demat account and money will be refund i have visited 2 -3 icici bank branches they are saying demat closure facility is not available in those branch or you can visit r. N mukherjee road branch which is not possible for me. I have mailed icici bank consumer they send me mumbai address with demat closure form for submit form to that address for closing the demat account. I have filled form and through speed post send form to mentioned address but after few days they maid me my form is rejected due to annual maintenance charges is showing near about 4000 they suggest me go to demat enable branch and clear the dues and close the account, i have never used any icici demat account, one of your fraud representative came for open a salary account and he signed some form to me after deduct money after few years i know i have a demat account. They not closing my demat account and also money has been deducted from my account.

                I applied for ICICI FASTAG for my i10 car having last 4 digits of vehicle registration number as 8949.I submitted my documents in Gandhi Nagar Branch in Jammu.

                The fastag was issued to me but to my horror the vehicle registration number assigned to my fastag account was 8948 instead of 8949. I subsequently submitted a request o[censored]pdation of vehicle registration number by raising a ticket online after logging into my account on 13/12/2019 and also uploaded my RC. The webiste claims that it will take only one working day to update the vehicle number but even after a lapse of more than 15 days my complaint is not resolved. My Ticket No. : CMP[protected]. Kindly help me in this matter

                  1)I approved 3 mandate of INR 59200 Ujjivan IPO (4lots) (bid via zerodha) via Imobile (BHIM UPI) on 3rd December 2019. Later on 4th december 2019 3 update came on same mandate of same amount INR 59200.
                  But bank put a total lien of INR 355320.

                  2)I kept complaining about the issue and also reported that there is a bug in their app but no one took me seriously and i was told that everything will be fine after mandate gets revoke.
                  3)Mandate got revoke on 12/12/2019, INR 177660 out of INR 355320 got unblocked but rest INR 177660 is still lien.

                  No body from bank side is giving me proper ticket number and they are replying through mail. in every mail they are giving me next date by which i will get an update but no body is informing me on actual update on money.

                  Instead of helping me on lien removal by contacting and coordinating with whoever they are saying they don, t have approval, they just say the don't have any update about it or we'll update you .
                  Howw much longer Do I have to face this. it's been more than 15 days I am contacting branch operations and customer support team and not getting any concrete resolution.

                  Do I have to beg for my own money.

                    I have doubt on bank timings for ICICI, today I went to ICICI bank at 3.45PM, they said bank timings are 9.30-3PM, that means 5.30hrs in that 1 hr lunch break, so banks are helping to people daily 4.30Hrs. How people's are solve their problems in 1 day if the timings are like this?

                            Dear sir,
                            i requested for closer of my TID NO[protected], MID NO[protected] on 10 September 2019. The same is closed on 13 sept 2019 with Case Id[protected].
                            After a week, your courier partner called me for pick up of machine 2-3 times, but didn't came for the same.
                            Till date no one from your courier partner came to machine pick up.
                            And today, all of sudden i.e. on 30 December 2019 icici merchant services charged for rs 17, 700/- in my Icici current account no[protected] without any prior intimation.
                            There is miscommunication between Icici Merchant Services and their courier partner.
                            And for the same we, "The Customer ", facing penalty charges, let me know why???
                            With this email requesting Icici Merchant Services to arrange the machine pick up asap and refund my penalty charges rs 17, 700/- immediately in my above stated account.
                            Because of your forced penalty charges, i am facing minimum balance issues with my current account and Icici bank is charging me penalty again.
                            Hope you understand my case and solve the issue on highest priority level.

                                Hi,

                                I have applied for used car loan from one of dsa of icici bank in 2005 but loan was never disbursed to me by bank or it's dsa and they took 3 emi's through ecs from my account. I filed a case against icici bank in consumer court and won the case against them. Please suggest what to do as still it is showing in my cibil and no bank is offering me loan due to this.

                                  On that day i cross the vasad toll plaza where rs. 120 is deducted from my icici fastag account (Time 10:04:39) which should be rs. 60 one side (Ref. Trip number[protected]

                                  At the time of return on the same day[protected] at vasad toll at 13:03:31 again rs 60 is deducted from my fastag. (Ref. Number[protected].

                                  So extra rs 60 is deducted. So please return that to my fastag account.

                                    I am an a/c holder of icici bank.

                                    They have charged rs 177 under this category: dcardfee0427nov19-oct20+gst
                                    The date of this transaction (On the last 10 transactions tab in imobile) shows 30 december 2019 while at the time of writing this, it's 29 december 2019. Is icici bank time travelling?

                                    I am not aware of this charge. They never informed me regarding this, neither by email nor by letter.

                                    This is very unprofessional, unethical, very sketchy and scammy.
