Applied for fastag through imobile app of icici bank on 04 dec 19 and the amount debited 499.12 from my icici bank account. Thereafter no updates recieved. Fastag not received till date. Customer id[protected]. It was notified that with in 08 working days fastag will be delivered, however the same not recieved till date. It is requested to intimate the status or dispatch details immediately.

Complaint marked as Resolved Now one and half months completed, till date not received the fastag, so many times called customer care but they were simply assuring the action but nthg has happend till date
