Dear Sir / Madam,

I am requesting to ICICI Bank Ltd., to kindly provide me L.O.D. & issue me Foreclosure Letter for my above mentioned Home Loan Account No.LBMRT[protected] & Top Up Loan Account No.LBMRT[protected] immediately since 14th Jan. 2017.
