I was unable to make payment by due date as i was travelling, when i got the call immediately made the payment of total amount and asked the agent to not charge me for the same. She said after the payment is made she will do the needful. But tried reaching her she didnt pick the call and the charges still reflect on my account. Spoke with cs they are unable to help me. Very much feed up with services already bank cheated in the name of rewards
