Hi Team,
Today I received a call from ICICI credit card department and a supervisor named Prakash spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner.
As you can see on below mail the transaction has been rolled back and amount is credited to credit card account and same I was mentioning to him multiple times but he was not accepting it .
Please go through the recordings and see why he spoke to me like this.
My due date was on 24th and all the amount was paid (61844 was credited on 22nd July from HDFC life and Rs 3065 was paid on 22nd)
Now I want to know why Praskash was not accepting this and talked to me in a rude way . I clearly told him this is not the way you to talk to a customer and i got angry with this attitude .
Now I got late fee which they are saying the refund from vendor will not be considered as payment .
As of now the payment has been made totally
These people (ICICI Customer) are literally harrasing by calling multiple times
