[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Late payment charges on acoount of credit card no: [protected] | |||
I had made a request to ICICI Bank customer care to reverse the late payment charges wrongfully charged by them on account of payment of my above credit card. The due payment was made on time but because of a spate of long holidays starting from 1st October till 8th October the cheque could not be encashed by the bank. It is surprising to note that the customer care department is not at all caring to understand this practical problem and they have blatantly refused to reverse the late payment charges of Rs. 561.80, levied as per their statement dated 17th October 2014. There upon I have made a special request to the next senior officer to do the needful but I'm sorry to say that till date I have not received any response from them.
