ICICI Bank — Levied charges after reversal and settlement

On 30th May 2014 based on my complaint, ICICI Bank had reversed and settled the irrelevant bank account charges related issue.

But now when I saw my account, I was surprised to know that all the charges were REVERSED!!

On the top of that, additional charges were levied and that too were irrelevant!.

I wish take this matter to High Court, RBI and Banking Ombudsman so as to save innocent people who are customers of ICICI BANK.

The bank is taking advantage of people who are less literate and have no or limited access to their accounts.

Please take a serious action and publish in media.
