ICICI Bank — Lien marked against fd/rd for no reason | |||
I am a HNI customer of ICICI Wealth Management. I receive my salary into savings account. I hold credit card from the same bank. I have kept more than ten fixed deposits. I owe the bank absolutely nothing. There is a standing instruction to take the full amount outstanding from my savings account. There is no reason - logical or otherwise - to slap a lien or lein - that too without informing me by phone or email or letter directly or through my dedicated relationship manager. This is a wealth management branch - I have a so called dedicated relationship manager - who gives a damn about any of these things. She simply reads what is there on the screen and relays what others tell her. I have made arrangements to issue a show cause notice to ICICI. I also wanted to make the public aware malpractices of the bank. Hence the complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
