[Resolved] ICICI Bank — lien marked and not helping in removing it | |
1)I approved mandate of INR 29600 Ujjivan IPO (2lots) (bid via zerodha) via Imobile (BHIM UPI) on 4th December 2019. Later on 05th december 2019 an update came on same mandate of same amount INR 29600. But bank put a total lien of INR 59200. 2)I kept complaining about the issue and also reported that there is a bug in their app but no one took me seriously and i was told that everything will be fine after mandate gets revoke. 3)Mandate got revoke on 12/12/2019, INR 29600 out of INR 59200 got unblocked but rest INR 29600 is still lien. No body from bank side is giving me proper ticket number and they are replying through mail. in every mail they are giving me next date by which i will get an update but no body is informing me on actual update on money. Instead of helping me on lien removal by contacting and coordinating with whoever they are saying they don, t have approval, they just say the don't have any update about it or we'll update you .
