I had been alloted 6(six) Tax Saving Bond-032003-TSB-ONE vide ICICI Bank Ltd Allotment Advice Ref-B[protected] Encl-1 59719 dated:[protected]annexed as Ann-1).Detais of the Bond Certificate are: Bond Holder No:[protected], Certificate No:22291, Bond Holder's Name: Ashwinkumar Jamnadas Sikligar, No.0f Bonds:six **6**, Distinctive No:[protected]annexed as Ann-2).I had desired to give the amount of redemption to my daughter Radhika Ashwinkumar Sikligar and therefore I had furnished her Bank a/c detais which was:A/cNo.[protected], HDFC Bank, Gandhinagar, PIN-382016, Gujarat.The ICICI Bank Ltd has not credited the amount if redemption of my above Tax Saving Bond till date despite my several personal visit to the branch of the ICICI Bank Ltd(Copy of Bank A/c deatals are annexed as Ann-3).I request you to do needful so that I or my daughter can receive the amount of redemption of these six said TSBonds with Interest applicable on that till date at the earliest. I have been retired as Deputy Secretary to Govt Of Gujarat, Home Deptt last year, I require these amount to dischage my certain financial obligations.
