ICICI Bank — liquidate my fd

Sir I MITHU LAL GUPTA was a channel partners with icicisecurities till 2011, after that they send me my FD of 25000 with renual matured value of 49540 Matured date july2014. But bank replying that it is still showing lien marked I am suffering and exhaust between bank and icicisecurities no one guide me and support me to resolve this issue.
