ICICI Bank — Loan account frauds

I have a loan account of in icici bank and emi is deducted by ecs.In previous month
(10 january 2016) they bounce the emi and said there is low balance in your account. But when i check bank statement of my account there is more than sufficient balance. Now they want penaulty from me for the fault of them.
