I applied for a credit card loan from ICICI card and application was submitted succesfully with ref no. SR[protected]. On 4 march 2023 I received the mail that loan is been aapoved by bank and for disbursal of loan amount I have to send the my bank details in prescribed SMS format.
I have send my account details with all required details and received the confirmation SMS from bank.
But the next day when I received the mail that loan amount is been disbursed to my Kotak credit card account.
Now I am unble to use this loan amount because Kotak have their own procedure to refund this amount and it is still pending to be processed.
Even after sending my saving account details ICICI porcessed the amount to credit card account.
I have taken the loan for some urgent personal need and now I am stuck with no where.
ICICI converted this amount in prescribed EMI on 03.03.2023, but they haven't shown the total amount Dr Cr entry in my statement.
I have registered a complaint with ICICI customer care but no solution is been made by them,
From last one week I am suffering by this issue because of my amount stucked and I can not use it for my urgent need.
Please look in to this matter.
