[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Loan amount not deducted despite of balance | |
I have an emi of 6803 to be paid every 5th of the month. In July 2021 on 5th I had deposited the amount but the amount was not deducted. Instead on 6th July I got a message that due to insufficient funds emi was not deducted and also charges will be levied. I tried contacting ICICI customer care and also HDFC customer care(loan provider) but of no use. No one is providing a solution also they have deducted the charge as well. Its better to close account I feel personally since ICICI is no more the same as it used to be. Was this information helpful? | |
