We have made the loan part payment for our ICICI Bank Loan amount 322230/- on 17/05/2022. Payment was done from the amount with Union Bank. The transaction is successful and the amount is debited in the Union Bank. But the credit is not reflected in the ICICI Loan account till date. Nor is the payment returned to Union Bank. We have made the payment through ICICI Bank website and the payment portal is IBIBO Web Pvt Ltd with thier bank details. Now as per ICICI bank branch the epayment does not show their bank details. Kindly go through our request and help us track the payment or give us the refund.
