[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Lost my payment cheque from dropbox

Mr. Manager, I am ICICI credit card holder since long time . Last month i dropped 2 cheques for the payment as below. 1. For E.M.I. Rs. 2693/- Bank : BANK OF MAHARASHTRA Chq.Date.[protected] 2. Tikona Internet Bill Rs.513/- Bank : The Progressive Merc. Co-op Bank Chq.Date[protected] I dropped both cheques at same time and same day in ATM DROPBOX of ICICI BANK ANKUR SOCIETY BRANCH, Nr. PALLAV CHAR RASTA, NARANPURA AHMEDABAD. Surprised that the second cheque cleared and 1st was not . How it is possible? Who is responsible for that if paid cheque missed from dropbox. ICICI BANK charged me Rs.500 for 12 days late payment. This is very unfavoure to me. I don't have ICICI BANK ACCOUNT. Reffer my last 5 year history i allways made my payment through dropbox only. Yet I have more 6 or 7 E.M.I. to pay. How can I trust you? I do not want to pay more money for not may fault. If there is bank than why they refuse to collect ICICI credit card payment from counter and give note or assiurance about it. I feel if you can not give this type of service than i want to terminate my ICICI Credit Card. Reply me early as possible and suggest me whether ATM drop box are reliable or Not.
