ICICI Bank Ltd Credit Card Division — TRANSACTION NOT DONE BY ME

As I have received the credit card Transaction alert mail which has been received by me 21.02.2015 in which it has been reflected that transaction of Rs. 6336/- has been done on 21.02.2015 At 12.50.47 Hrs . I would like to inform you that i had not done this tranaction and at the time of transaction i was in my office at Pithampur and card is in my pocket hence how it is possible to do this this transaction at Indore . I have made a complaint to ICICI Bank Customer care but they have taken 45 days time period after that they are not giving any satisfactory reply even they have not paid the amount of Rs. 6336/- to Pakiza towards the transaction of 21.05.2015 . Please help to resolve the issue
