My saving account has been deducted b a sum of 674.16 for DP charges. I have never used any Demat account services from this bank, there is no Demat account linked to my saving account. Without communicating on what basis this bank has charged the amount for the services they never rendered. I would also like to add that there was a call from ICICI insisting me to login and avail Demat service which i declined.
