ICICI Bank Ltd — non receipt of DDA 2014 housing scheme application money refund

I had applied for DDA 2014 housing scheme through ICICI form zero. I had paid Rs 1, 00, 000.00 as application amount. I was not allotted any flat in the draw. As such my application money should have refunded by this time as DDA says it has returned all application amounts to banks.
