[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Ltd — Online Transaction Dispute

This is with regards to Service Request Number - SR[protected]. A transaction for Rs. 1027 done on firstcry.com through my debit card was cancelled. The amount was however debited to my account. I have contacted the merchant in this regard and they have confirmed that the payment has not been received from their end. Even after a year long chase with the bank, I have still not received a credit for this amount in my account. I have spoken with ICICI bank's customer service and have also emailed all the proofs to them several times but have not received any reply from them. Kindly reverse the amount back to my account.
