[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Mab charge huge amount icici bank | |||
Dear sir/madam, My name is lesitha and i am having saving bank account no.[protected] with icici bank. My complaint is related to the minimum account balance charges, that bank has debited from my account without even notifying there policy changes, if any. Icici bank is simply debiting amount from my account. I get monthly statements but i have never got any information about the policy changes. For a person like me the amount matters a lot. If bank is not reverting my money then i am done with icici bank, previously they take the average for a quarter to check the minimum balance but suddenly they changed without any information send to the customers. Please find attachment below details for all the transactions made by bank. Kindly take some action and i'm hoping for some positive reply.
