[Resolved] ICICI Bank — MAB charges captured without any information to me

Dear sir,
My account number is[protected]. I was never informed that my minimum balance went below 10, 000. They have so far deducted Rs.5989 with no intimation to me. I get random calls and SMS almost daily from icici but nothing related to the amount deducted. I feel I have been cheated by this bank. Please help me with this issue.
