[Resolved] ICICI Bank — mab charges was deducted even though I maintain minimum balance | |||
This is K N RAJU, holding an ICICI saving AC My complaint is related to the minimum account balance charges, that bank has debited from my account without even notifying there policy changes, if any. I get quarterly statements but I have never got any information about the policy changes. I think ICICI bank is not even following the guidelines mentioned by RBI. Even though I maintained minimum balance i called customer care they told two months mab charges we will revert to your account they credited 510 again deducted 719rs please take action Was this information helpful? | |||

I have been deducted an amount of 1, 899.00 on 4 DEC 2018 with the details mentioning: wpp-sr[protected]Renewal from my icici bank account
I have not authorized, neither am aware of any such approvals for the deduction.
Revert the money back to my account at the earliest.
