Icici deduducted MAB charges without intimating regarding the debit. Eventhough this is salary account from 2016 and they have removed it as a salary account without intimating the customer and It was opened on zero balance and it was for life time, they told. I didn't get any information if they are converting the salary account to normal saving account.
And icici bank deducted 561.72 on 1/02/2022.I want this amount to be immidiately refunded.
