Dear Sir/Madam, I'm Swapnil Kumkar holding ICICI NRE/NRO savings account A/C#[protected] in Singapore. Without any intimation my account has been debited from NRE and NRO account at same time. I have never come across something like before. Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying RBI standards / guidelines. Sir my name is tins Mathew while purchasing online my debit card is blocked due to my mistake . When I contact the bank authorities they told me to call the customer care.I need to unblock it as soon as possible . Kindly help me out.

Recently i have been deducted rupees 690/- without any reason. As per policy they can deduct only 100 rs for minimum account balance.Request your help for the refund of amount otherwise i will close the account.
