Date of Incident: 10Feb2023
Some debit happened in my ICICI savings account with the details mentioned as 'MNDT_CHRG~ADTPSLSIPG~06JAN2023~[protected]'
I called the ICICI Bank Customer support asking for the details of this debit, they said you have purchased a SIP on 6Jan2023 and Mandated the deduction hence this debit has happened.
But I haven't purchased any SIP and not mandated anything. Then how this debit could happen. For that they verified for half an hour while i was on call put on-hold and said will refund this in 1 to 2 working day, as today is Friday you might get it by Monday.
