[Resolved] ICICI Bank Merchant Services — Auto debit despite submitting deinstallation request | |||
I have a business & have an ICICI Bank EDC machine for accepting cards. In March 2014, I received a letter from ICICI Bank that from April onwards they will charge Rs. 100 + taxes for low output. Immediately I told them that I do not want to keep their machine & submitted a deinstallation request Case ID : 07656777. I was informed that the MID has been updated & the machine will be collected within 3 working days. 21 days later, the machine has still not been collected from the store & I receive an auto-debit saying Low output fees! I should not have been charged because I have already submitted a deinstallation request & the delay is from their end! Was this information helpful? | |||
