ICICI Bank — message for unknown debit card emi | |||
Sir, I have been receiving messages from tm-icicib. And it says... (Dear customer, rs 5, 544.72 is due on debit card emi account xx1005. Amount will be debited from your account on or before 05-jul-20. Please ignore if paid...) Although i dont any debit card ending with 1005.in last month i received this message for an amount of around 2600 and calls to submit the amount. With no proper details how to pay those bill. I tried calling customer care but it automatically disconnects after entering my account number. I called customer care more then a 100 times. Then i reached to nearest branch. But they also denied about any details they have. And again i receive this message this morning Even if any payment is pending then its icici fault that they are unable to provide any information.
