[Resolved] ICICI Bank — minimum balance wrongly deducted without notification - cheating icici | |||
My name is jaya gupta and my icici acc no is[protected]. I opened my account 2 years back under some women scheme to open account. The balance in my account has been 0 from long time. I have registered email id and phone number with icici. However never in this 2 years i get a call from icici rep or icici asking or reminding of minimum balance. However, recently when i transferred some money in my account... All was deducted as minimum balance. Icici direct person called me for asking me to start trading on calls and for that asked me to transfer money. As soon as i transferred, they deducted my money.
