ICICI Bank — Minimum due payment completed

I am writing to bring to your attention that I have already cleared the minimum amount due on my credit card ending with 9001. The payment was completed in two parts as detailed below:
- INR 15, 000.00 paid on 04-July, Transaction Reference No: [protected]
- INR 3, 490.00 paid on 25-July, Transaction Reference No: [protected]
Despite settling the minimum dues, I have been receiving repeated recovery calls, which I believe may be due to a system oversight. I kindly request you to update your records and stop these recovery calls, as they are causing unnecessary distress.
I would appreciate a confirmation once the matter is resolved. Please let me know if any further action or documentation is required from my side.
