[Resolved] ICICI Bank — mis deposit of money | |||
I have mistakenly deposited money in madhavaram branch chennai on 9/4/2018 to other account numbee instead of mine... Next i repprted a complaint in same branch.. But still i didn't get any respond from branch... My wife called today to manager checked about the status, he didn't respond properly, shouted to my wife asking the customer to call back if not walk in to nearest branch... It is almost 13 days happened so far no respond from branch... Manager name kamaraj hesitating to give the nodal email asking to write to customer care...
