[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Misbehaving staff | |||
To ICICI bank My self Sachin Gundecha...I have a joint saving account with your old panvel branch bank... Today 7 th may2016, I went to bank for some deposits n doing FD n RD...But when I fill up form they said you are a joint holder you can't sign there.. I told them when I open an account that time you said to me anyone's sign b ok... So now why they refused... Then I told them every time I signed over a documents... They again refused.. Then I said I want to closed my account...they said ok fill this form... So this is your customers handling tendency... I have lacs of rupees in my account... This is a way your bank staff treat us... Pathetic service at ur bank... Please take action as soon as possible other wise I will take another action... Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
