ICICI Bank — miscommunication by icici bank and amount deducted from savings account | |||
I was using icici bank coral credit card from couple of years.in the month of aug 2020 they offered me amazon pay icici bank card, i informed the executive who called up me that i have an outstanding on my previous card he told me that all details from existing card will be in sharing with the new one no matter you pay on new card or old card.in the month of sep 2019 i lost my coral credit card (Existing one) and card has been blocked. After that i am using the new card which is amazon pay icici one, and making payment every month. I did not have any details of icici old credit card to make the payment and assuming that new card is related to old one i was making the payment on new card only as both the card belongs to icici bank. Now the point is they did not transferred my old outstanding and payment details on my new card as promised by them. I got a call from collection department saying that you have an outstanding in your coral credit card and you need to make the payment. I told them whole history. But they were not ready to listen. Lean has been marked to my savings account after that also i informed them full story and asked them to transferred the old card details to new one as per the communication. And i have already 5000 rs in access in limits on new card. But without listening and informing to me they deducted my 13514 rs from my icici bank account. Its really disappointing for me as they deducted my account from back end. Customer care were agreed that whatever was happened was wrong but they could not helped me out. They informed to go to collection department but as i do job could not go in office timings. I want my money back and transferred all the outstanding to new card so that i can make the payment accordingly and whatever charges is levied on my coral card are incorrect and requesting refund for the same.
