ICICI Bank — Misguided to raise a Service Request and Blocked the Card | |||
Hi, I've called Service Desk of ICICI to know what is the process to replace the damaged card and I've been asked to raise multiple service requests and now they have blocked my present card and they are charging for the new service request. Now I'm in a position where I cannot withdraw money using my present card or transfer online or get the new card, neither they can cancel the service request..
